WORKOUT WITH MISS SALINAS!

Having trained as a ballet dancer from the age of five, I understand the importance of taking care of my body through exercise and nutrition. I will start to incorporate fitness into my blog and show you the different workouts I personally do, ranging from ballet and yoga to cardio and strength training. And guess what, pole-dancing videos are also coming soon!!!

 

In this short video, I'm working out with kettlebell for strength and fat burning. I recently started training with weights. I was initially very hesitant for the fear of gaining too much muscle, but my trainer convinced me and I feel leaner than ever.
